Victoria Navarra is a native of Richmond, VA, and has recently returned after 20 years in Atlanta. Her fiction has been published in Analog, ParSec, Andromeda Spaceways, and Suburban Witchcraft Quarterly. She was a 2023 AnLab finalist, and recently she won both the Emerson Page Turner Prize (2026) and the Emerson First Chapter Prize (2025) for the Popular Fiction & Publishing MFA Program. She works in data and assessment, and occasionally as a background actor. In between short stories, she is haphazardly working on a novel and learning banjo.
Chances are good that if she doesn’t respond immediately, she’s off somewhere drinking coffee or getting a new tattoo.
